Refund Policy

We want every Fira Mae piece to feel just right. If your purchase isn’t what you expected, our refund process is simple and transparent.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available for full-price items returned within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition
• With all tags attached
• Free from makeup, perfume or damage
Sale items, final markdowns and gift cards are not refundable unless faulty.
2. How Refunds Work
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, our team will inspect the item.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
3. Non-Refundable Items
We cannot issue refunds for:
• Final sale items
• Intimates or bodysuits (for hygiene reasons)
• Gift cards
• Items not returned in their original condition
These items may still be eligible for an exchange if faulty.
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@firamae.com
